Two Main Transportation to Visit Kalbar

West Kalimantan has a lot of tourism object to visit. Starting from the objects that have been known as the equatorial monument, palace, royal palace and others as well as objects that are hidden like a Pancur Aji waterfall, Landak waterfalls and the exotic lakes Sentarum. For the people of West Kalimantan, they can easily reach them. But, for the people who live outside of West Kalimantan, there are two main transportation which can be a choice of air and sea transportation. The air transportation using a plane and sea transportation by ship. Both are of course very different. The purpose of this essay is to contrast the cost and long trips, service and comfort at the time of travel and access to tourist attractions and lodging.

When we want to go far, the first thing we planned the trip is the cost. Flights certainly more expensive than the ship ticket price. Especially during the holidays the price can be doubled. But of course we get more comfortable when using a plane that was expensive. For those who barely have the budget, of course, chose the ship. The time that taken by ship is longer than the plane. The plane from Jakarta to Pontianak only takes 1 hour, whereas the ship could be 3 days.
If we spend so much money to use the plane, of course, we will get the service and comfort on the way. The seat is soft and comfort atmosphere that we will get so we can sleep soundly or read a newspaper with no noise interference from others. If we choose the ships, and choose economy class, then we will be placed with many people and we have to scramble to find a bare floor to sit. With a noisy and crowded conditions, as well as shocks in the ship can make us sick and unable to sleep soundly.

The third difference between the plane and ships is access to tourism objects. If we choose a plane to West Kalimantan, then you will arrive at the airport Supadio. From Supadio Airport, we will pass Ahmad Yani street and in this way there are international hotels Mercure hotels and not far from there is Ayani Mega mall. From the hotel Mercure we can pass the Veteran Street to the bridge Kapuas and there we can find one of the tourism object in the Beting village there are Kadariah palace and Jami’ Mosque. When we use the ship, then we will arrive at the port Dwi Kora is located on the Pak Kasih street. Not far from the port there Mahkota Hotel and Kapuas Square. From the harbor when we turn left and then it will pass Tanjungpura road and turn left when we reach the bridge Kapuas I and the Beting village. From the information that we read, we can choose. If we want comfortable but a little on the way you spend, then plane is the right choice. But if you want a little drunk but it can save your money, the ship is the best alternative to choose from. Each person usually chooses the plane because it is very convenient, but some people like to take risks and love the challenge of using ships.
